The Off-Broadway premiere of 7th MONARCH is set to play a limited engagement at Theatre Row’s Acorn Theatre June 12th through September 9th. Opening night is Sunday, June 24th. In addition to Michael Rupert, the cast of 7th MONARCH features Michael Cullen, Gretchen Hall, Leslie Hendrix and Matthew Humphreys, under the direction of Scott C. Embler.

With executive producer Pablo Rojas, Roller Disco aims to transfer to Off-Broadway in Spring 2013.

(May. 14 3:33 PM) - The National Alliance for Musical Theatre (NAMT) announces 15 awards granted from their National Fund for New Musicals, a major funding program to support NAMT member not-for-profit theatres in their collaborations with writers to create, develop and produce new musicals. Now in its fourth year, the Fund will provide grants totaling $48,000 to 14 organizations across the country.
